“Quiet clean n good breakfast, friendly staff”

“Overall good hotel, renovated rooms and good service for the most part. Spa area was under renovation and the pool is not that inviting. When I asked to boom a taxi, the guest service told me that they no longer book taxis for guests and that I needed to come down to the lobby to pick up a card with the taxi number. I was thrown off considering this is supposed to be a 4 star superior hotel. Room was renovated, that‘s a plus. ”
