“와이파이 연결불량 냉장고 전원 OFF 회장실에서 의문의 소리들림 창틀아래 카펫 먼지 조망 안좋음 ”

“We had called the hotel to inform them we would be late checking in as we were driving all the way from Switzerland to Bielefeld that day. When we finally arrived at hotel after 10 pm the check in was awful as the staff at the front desk could not communicate properly with us either in English or in German! He gave me a registration form to sign which listed me as a guest from China. When we told him we are from Switzerland. He amended form but with a mistake again as he listed us coming from Sweden this time!!!! It was so frustrating as it took more than one hour to finally correct all the registration mistakes and check us in!! When we finally went up to our room to our horror we found the toilet had poo in the WC when we checked in. There was hair on the duvet covers & pillow. One duvet itself had big brown stains all over it!! Carpets were dirty & fungus in the shower! To be honest I’ve stayed at this hotel in 2018 and my experience then was good! My husband & I were so very disappointed with our one night stay at this hotel on this occasion!! ”

“I booked this because there was a bunkbed for our kids. Other than that, our room was basic, clean and decent. Breakfast was basic and sufficient.”
