“The room was clean and tidy. HOWEVER - there were no toiletries in the bathroom, the small television only had German programmes (no international channels), but worst of all, the patio door shutters did not work, so no natural light came into the room!!! The room was therefore dark and dismal. Had there been toiletries and the shutters working, I would recommend the ‘hotel’. However, I cannot. ”

“The stay was top. The room is clean. The check in is hassle free. The main problem is the fact that costumer service is only accessible via WhatsApp. I stayed for more than 5 days so I had to use the laundromat. As usual, the transaction was done per We Wash App. To my horror, half of what I washed was stolen.... my newly bought Jacket and sweater got stolen. I informed the costumer service and was asked to seek for their personell around. Unfortunately there is no one to be seen everytime I leave and come home to the Stayery...”
