“We booked and fully paid for accommodation in Hotel Kamzík, based on the description and photos provided on Agoda. Upon arrival, we were placed in a separate nearby cabin (Chata Moravice), which did not match the booked description, photos, or standard in any way.
At the hotel reception, we were informed that this was allegedly an Agoda booking error. Unfortunately, Agoda does not provide a reachable customer service phone line, so resolving the issue on the spot was impossible.
After spending the first night in the cabin, we were told the next day that a room had become available in Hotel Kamzík, but only if we paid an additional *** CZK for the remaining two nights. As we wanted to stay together with our friends who were accommodated in Hotel Kamzík, we accepted and paid the surcharge.
