“The staff at this hotel were extremely attentive. It's a resort, so everything is here that you need - pool, restaurants, activities. However, if you want a real Costa Rica experience, it's better to go to more remote areas and immerse yourself in the culture/jungle/surf towns. We only stayed here one night because we had an early flight to catch, but we were grateful that this was not our Costa Rica experience. There are not waves here, so the only water relief was a crowded family pool for us (there was a separate tranquil adult pool if that is what you need). Rent a car and drive to more secluded places & interact with more locals!”

Eso también ayuda a dejar mejores reseñas e incentiva a querer volver a considerar su hotel como destino de regreso. No regresaría, todo queda lejos y el personal no es amable, sólo el staff de restaurantes y Mitzi de recepción. ”
