We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in about 30 minutes early, and, without even asking, we were upgraded to an incredible suite in the Vista Building. What a wonderful way to start our vacation! The resort is beautiful, the facilities are immaculate, and every member of the staff has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we need. The level of service has exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights has been the wildlife. We only arrived yesterday, and we’ve already seen a sloth, a monkey carrying her baby, an iguana, and several colorful lizards right on the property. It truly feels like you’re surrounded by nature. We also appreciate the variety of dining options. There are plenty of delicious choices, including accommodations for gluten-free and dairy-free diets, which made dining easy and enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle service is another fantastic perk. We loved that the hotel provides transportation to Manuel Antonio National Park and to the main road, where you can visit excellent restaurants like El Avión. The beach service with umbrellas and chairs is another thoughtful touch that makes relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. We absolutely love this resort.
