We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in about 30 minutes early, and, without even asking, we were upgraded to an incredible suite in the Vista Building. What a wonderful way to start our vacation! The resort is beautiful, the facilities are immaculate, and every member of the staff has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we need. The level of service has exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights has been the wildlife. We only arrived yesterday, and we’ve already seen a sloth, a monkey carrying her baby, an iguana, and several colorful lizards right on the property. It truly feels like you’re surrounded by nature. We also appreciate the variety of dining options. There are plenty of delicious choices, including accommodations for gluten-free and dairy-free diets, which made dining easy and enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle service is another fantastic perk. We loved that the hotel provides transportation to Manuel Antonio National Park and to the main road, where you can visit excellent restaurants like El Avión. The beach service with umbrellas and chairs is another thoughtful touch that makes relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. We absolutely love this resort. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. We will definitely recommend Hotel Parador to our family and friends, and we can’t wait to come back!

The resort and grounds were breathtaking. Breakfast with a view of the ocean and tree foliage. The resort has mini golf, trails, gym, pools, and game room to name a few activities. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and they even have a tour office on site to enhance your vacaction!

We saw so many animals here that we skipped Manuel Antonio. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one was a good value for the money and caterer well to children, but isn’t at the same stuffiness level as European/city located hotels of the same caliber.

We stayed 2 nights and very much enjoyed it. We had only managed to book a twin room but the hotel was easy to contact directly on what’s app and organised for us to be in a king size room. The garden room was decorated in a traditional ‘parador’ style. A little dated but the bed was super comfy with quality linens and towels, good aircon, strong shower, large TV and quiet at night. The pools were smaller than expected and pretty crowded when we arrived but most people spend time exploring and the following days we had no problem getting a sunbed. This is a popular hotel so don’t expect privacy in the grounds. We did the monkey trail and didn’t see any animals so we were delighted when someone pointed out a couple of sloths in the tree by the pool. We also later in the day saw about 30 small monkeys making their way through the hotel grounds. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel and the excellent Pina Coladas at the swim up bar. Overall I would recommend this professionally run hotel.

location was great, just 10mins walks from nicest beach in manuel antonio. we saw soooo many animals in the hotel, even we saw yellow toucans from our room balcony and red macaw from the restaurant. you’ll see more monkeys in the hotel even than in manuel antonio park! the pool also has great view and its heated! Breakfast also has a great buffet options. already want to go back!
