A Disappointing Sleep Experience but Great Facilities While the overall facilities of this hotel—including the guest rooms, swimming pool, lobby, elevators, and breakfast buffet—were all excellent, my stay was significantly marred by an issue with the room temperature and the management's response. The Temperature Issue: The room temperature reached 27°C, which was quite uncomfortable. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that the air conditioning system was not yet operational because summer had not officially arrived, despite the sudden heatwave. Being told to simply "turn off the AC and open the window" was not the level of service I expected from a Hilton brand hotel. The Noise & Discomfort: Although the staff eventually provided a cooling fan, the room temperature never dropped below 25°C throughout the night. To try and circulate the air, I had to run both the AC (in fan mode) and the cooling fan simultaneously. The resulting noise level was so high that it was nearly impossible to get a restful night's sleep. Unexpected Guests: I also learned the hard way that even on the 20th floor, mosquitoes can still find their way in through open windows, which added another layer of discomfort to the night.”
