“Good facilities and beautiful room with reasonable price. The location is a bit far from city centre, about 20 minutes to any location. However, the staff are very unprofessional. Overall, the manner is average. Normal, but not polite. There was annoyed. There was a night my parents was calling for service to fix their air-conditioning, the staff came, checked and said everything’s fine ask them to just wait. They asked the staff to ensure it’s fixed but the staff just left. However, the Aircon was really broken. So they had to suffer in coldness over the night, not being able to sleep well. The next day I had to call another staff to check and realise the air-conditioning was really having a problem, unable to detect room temperature and adjust. The staff just offered to fix it and apologised. And that’s it. There was an auto mistake where the front desk called and said an English speaking person booked a photographic tour with them, and just assumed I would know that person because I can speak English. I asked around my group and no one has booked. I call back to the front desk and the moment when I said I was getting back on the photographic tour, the receptionist replied “wassup?” (怎麼了？) which is very rude. I explained the condition and they apologise. And again, that’s it. Overall, the staffs keep creating problems and then just apologise to their guests. Very weird. I’ve always liked staying in Banyan group, but this hotel makes me feel like they’re really need some staff training.”

“Very nice hotel. 5 star service. Friendly and attentive team. High quality fancy breakfast. Close to ancient village and ferry. Highly recommend. ”
