“Good view from room, room temperature is comfortable and bed is comfy and clean. Initially felt that the bathroom has a smell but after we told the front desk lady she rectified it immediately. Shower water strength is good, steady hot water flow. They have a bidet ! Separate toilet bowl and shower All the staff is super friendly, they helped me order food and drinks from Mei tuan( like grab food or ubereats) many times, once i think the staff helped me apply some discount and the fare such cheaper then original. I didn’t even know what voucher there is cus it’s all the Chinese and I can’t be bothered to read through haha Location is near west street, easy to get Didi to anywhere Breakfast is good as well , three options, two western one Asian . Tried all three and it’s pretty good (normally we don’t like strong Chinese food flavour but their food does not have that strong pungent smell, we actually managed to finish the food here) The driver we hired through the hotel is also very friendly, nice to chat with. Opposite the hotel there’s a store to wash hair and to do Chinese massage I love their hair washes and ginger scalp mask, and the scalp steam treatment The Chinese TCM massage is super good as well. I love the location of this hotel as I could just walk over to the hair salon in slippers n shorts cus it’s just downstairs , super convenient to go even at 11pm-12am Overall good stay ”
