“This is the most traditional, luxurious and comfortable hotel I have ever experienced. And although there was some inconvenience due to small differences in food culture, I could not feel any inconvenience due to the high quality of service. I would like to experience the warmth of this hotel again when I visit Switzerland again. Especially, I would like to thank Mr. Celso Nogueira of CONCIERGE for always welcoming me with a warm smile.”
