“A typical traditional Swiss hotel of the “old school”. Wonderful setting and excellent service. Slightly old-fashioned but in a lovely way. We would definitely go back. . ”

“I stayed from May 5th to 6th, 2025, for one night, and I made a deposit. However, I have not received any confirmation regarding the refund. The facility was excellent, and the experience was perfect, but despite the substantial deposit I paid, I never received any notification that the deposit was refunded. I would appreciate it if you could check on this matter. Since this was an international payment, I have been waiting for quite a long time. I’m not sure if it was my mistake or the hotel’s mistake, but I have not received the refund, and I am writing this message because of that." ”
