“Staff and the surrounding were excellent. However the room n31 we were given was under the roof, and had very poor insulation or ventilation. It was way too hot, and impossible to cool down. We slept very poorly. It would have been nice to be put in a more suitable room, especially given we were only 2 and the room was for 3. There surely had another more suitable 2-people bedroom. Disappointing ”
