“Very warm & welcoming check-in/out staff. Nice billiard, colouring & activities for kids & adults at the lobby. Family bedroom for 5-6ppl but only 1 shared toilet - that’s the only inconvenience. Breakfast from Marche is a good deal as part of the package ”

“Room was standard and basin, beautiful view from the window and all beds were made out, including the sofa bed. We stayed during a heat wave therefore it was relatively hot with no air con. Other that that, breakfast was delicious!”

“A nice place for traveller to have a clean bed. Common area is clean too. Meets the standard: basic. 15 mins walking from the trian station and 5 mins to the city center, 5 mins to the castle.”

“The room itself was nice and the location was good, but one staff member was incredibly rude. The hotel was supposed to arrange a Ticino Ticket, which gives access to free public transit. We had to ask multiple times about the Ticino Ticket. One staff member insisted she had sent it to us, and we said we never received it. She wouldn't listen to us, was unwilling to try alternatives like sending us the needed information by email, and literally hung up on us. Some other staff tried to be helpful, but the senior staff Monica ruined our experienced and caused to have to spend over 40 francs on public transit that should have been covered by the Ticino Ticket. ”
