The room itself was nice and the location was good, but one staff member was incredibly rude. The hotel was supposed to arrange a Ticino Ticket, which gives access to free public transit. We had to ask multiple times about the Ticino Ticket. One staff member insisted she had sent it to us, and we said we never received it. She wouldn't listen to us, was unwilling to try alternatives like sending us the needed information by email, and literally hung up on us. Some other staff tried to be helpful, but the senior staff Monica ruined our experienced and caused to have to spend over 40 francs on public transit that should have been covered by the Ticino Ticket.
