“The young guy at the reception was exceptional good ”

“My experience at this hotel was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room, while not luxurious, was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants. In summary, it's a solid option for a pleasant stay.”

“I've stayed for one night. There was no any stuff. We made self check-in. The bathroom is so small. In generally, it is good experience..”

“Perfect location for us with tram stops/stations nearby. Got our Basel Pass from *** that allowed us to just hop on & hop off the trams around the city. Plenty of food options & groceries around too. CHF 18 breakfast was practical considering you’re in Switzerland. Toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste may be requested from the front desk. We’ll be back! Danke! ”
