“Overall, My husband and I had a very good experience staying at this hotel, especially considering the price. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its outstanding location. It offers exceptional access to all of Vernon’s main attractions, the beautiful Kalamalka Lake, all of the lake’s popular beaches, and the breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the lake. On top of that, shopping plazas, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and many other amenities are just a one- or two-minute walk away, making everything you need easily accessible. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. One small suggestion: if you’d like to be as comfortable as possible during your stay, I recommend bringing an extra bedsheet to put over the bed. Although the bed linens and mattress appeared to be clean, I personally noticed a slight odor that made sleeping a little less comfortable. It didn’t seem like a cleanliness issue—just something I happened to notice. Overall, if you’re planning to explore Vernon and spend time at Kalamalka Lake, this hotel is an excellent choice. Thanks to its unbeatable location, convenience, and great value for the price, I would definitely consider staying here again.”
