“Should have be advised at booking that a parking charge of 14.00 $ applies. Found out you can park for free in the market parking lot next to the hotel from 6:00 pm to 9:00 a.m. Found out if you use the water bottle on the counter in the bathroom, that will cost you 4.00$. At check out they said it should have been labeled. (It was not) . TV remote was not working well. You had to get out of bed and walk up to the TV get it to work. ( battery may have been low) Pretty basic room with no extra frills. You will not find any personal items, robe, slippers, toothbrush, razor, sleeping mask and personal skin creams, etc.. I am in my 60s and have travelled a lot. When in Quebec I prefer the OTL and the extra personnel amenities, large full breakfast that is included. The place was clean I can give them that. ”

“Personnel très accueillant. Lieu facilement accessible. Aucun problème avec mon chien. Lit confortable ”

“-the fridge has frost problem and it cracks all night (not as obvious during the day) - the bathroom mirror has a clicking sound - weak sound proof from other rooms The hotel is full so we are not able to change room, and there’s nothing else the staff can do”

“You have the best breakfast I have ever seen in a breakfast incluses package. Great!”

“J’ai rarement aussi bien dormi dans hôtel et j’en ai fait beaucoup. Le seul point défavorable est le service déjeuner. On a pas pris les services de femme de chambre, donc je ne peux pas commenter. Mais chaque fois qu’on a eux besoin de la réception, on a été avec grande politesse et respect ”
