“We had a short trip to Lake Louise and booked this hotel a few months in advance, and it did not disappoint! The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The staff at the office were exceptional and made us feel welcome. They even provided coffee, milk, creamer, oats, granola bars, and hot chocolate, which was especially soothing after a cold day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Louise! ❤️”

“ Check-in started at 4:00 PM, and I checked in around 4:10 PM. When I went to the room, it faced the parking lot, so I asked to change it. They told me they couldn't because the very last room had just been given out. It was frustrating because I knew there were still non-parking-view rooms available at the exact time I was checking in. It seems you specifically need to request your preferred view during check-in. Since it was peak season, I paid a higher rate than usual, and given that the price was much steeper than other accommodations I stayed at, it felt like a complete waste of both time and money to sit in a stuffy room looking at a parking lot. On the positive side, the pool and spa were great. If you plan to head out early in the morning to Lake Louise or nearby lakes, the location is convenient and worth considering. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay here again. ”

“We loved the atmosphere and the charm of the log cabin. It was a beautiful experience. However, for the price we paid, we expected a firmer, better-quality mattress. The fire ban was beyond the resort’s control, but unfortunately it did dampen our experience, especially as we had travelled all the way from Malaysia to enjoy the full cabin experience.”
