“Overall, my stay at Estrel Resort was very comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were good, and everything was clean and well organized. The only disappointment was the staff at Rok Restaurant. Unfortunately, they were quite rude and lacked professionalism, which negatively affected our dining experience. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent. I hope the management addresses this, as the resort itself is very nice.
