“We were very pleased with the location and cabin as it met our expectations for the weekend. I feel the Staff could have presented more professional and friendly as they were not very open to any support with our questions and it felt like we were pulling teeth to get some answers as they were not very approachable and communication was poor. Check in was also a bit disorganized and that would have been improved with better Staff communication as we were charged the first night well in advance and during booking we were informed we can pay upfront at check- in so some discrepancy there. Again before arriving there were several attempts made to charge us again for the rest of the stay when we were informed that we would pay on check- in. A smile goes a long way so to improve our stay we would have liked to see more kinder hospitality.”
