“Not all but the overall impression left makes my reason for rating. Some of the front desk staff are not fit to be serving customers. I was not able to get a copy of my 6 day stay because I had already paid it when I booked the trip, however they also charged /held my card as I checked in. Just did not make sense the several explanations they tried. The access cards had to be replaced daily as they didn’t work, so waiting for elevator, going up several floors having to return and wait in line to have the card replaced 😬. Anyway it wasn’t necessary to make it so difficult. I must say that their breakfast and the staff were outstanding as well as all the concierge staff were fantastic. ”

“Quarto extremamente barulhento para dormir a noite. Local antigo, necessita de reparos. Havia um colchão na janela. Tentei contato pelo chat e não tive resposta nenhuma. Não recomendo. ”
