“Was given us a different room from what we have booked and they didn’t fix it, also there was a noise in room that we have reported but they didn’t fixed as well ”

“I was a solo traveller here (foreign) and found the hotel very suitable for a 2 week stay. The location is fantastic, it is situated very close (walking distance) to the Palmas Shopping mall and supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful and I found them very accomodating of my basic Portuguese language skills. I would certainly return here”

“Clean, courteous and good value for money. However, the staff could not speak a single word of English; hence, had to use google translate a lot. Also, the hotel staff was not too helpful in solving a taxi problem.”

FATAL, nada recomendable ”
