“Hotel Gloria is right downtown and in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.Many speak a modest amount of English. The breakfast buffet is quire expansive. Only complaint is that there is no tea kettle or coffee machine in the rooms.”

“The hotel should change its name. Not Sky Blue, but Cold Blue. The whole hotel is very unfriendly. The rooms are cold, sterile, and unwelcoming. No one speaks English or German. Everything is white and sterile. I didn't feel welcome at all. I wanted to change my room with three single beds to one with a double bed, but that was apparently too much trouble.”
