“The location is superb, the room heating device was super ineffective, the room was always cold ish during the stay, even after setting the vent at 31°C and max speed, the room temp couldn't rise over 22°C, the towels were washed, smelled good, but had stains and after wiping my body with them, my skin was red and it made me scratch a lot. The bath robes and the bed sheets also had stains on them, and after sleeping on the bed, in the morning I woke up with red skin. The food was average, the parking lot was huge, but it was really annoying that during the night the kitchen was closed, the pool and sauna was closed, everything was closed but the reception, which is frustrating especially because there isn't any non-stop food place in the town, only in Varna which is at an hour away, we only had one Rompetrol gas station at 10 minutes away from us, which had some sandwiches, but they were bad.”
