The location is superb, the room heating device was super ineffective, the room was always cold ish during the stay, even after setting the vent at 31°C and max speed, the room temp couldn't rise over 22°C, the towels were washed, smelled good, but had stains and after wiping my body with them, my skin was red and it made me scratch a lot. The bath robes and the bed sheets also had stains on them, and after sleeping on the bed, in the morning I woke up with red skin. The food was average, the parking lot was huge, but it was really annoying that during the night the kitchen was closed, the pool and sauna was closed, everything was closed but the reception, which is frustrating especially because there isn't any non-stop food place in the town, only in Varna which is at an hour away, we only had one Rompetrol gas station at 10 minutes away from us, which had some sandwiches, but they were bad.

Gorgeous location, average services

Not a quality place and much overrated for the raw reality
A beautiful location, great personnel, but the facility is very bad maintained the quality of the initial building being much under the standards. The cheap wallpaper that covers the walls is pealing, the carpet in the building is low quality smelling and looking very old, elevators very slow and unresponsive, air quality in the entire building is under three stars hotels standard, some sides of the exterior building and balconies are facing bad smelling garbage dumpsters or area of loading and unloading trucks that supply the business.. The yard and land work surrounding the building is regrettable maintained giving to the experienced customers a bad and unstable feeling. Please update, change and beautify this building that sits in a such amazing location.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
Totally enjoyed my experience in this resort. Our room was very big and spacious, with a bathtub included. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the heated jacuzzi, indoor warm lap pool and saunas.
