“Nice view, modern, comfortable and spacious. Curtains would be much better to block light (thin blinds only). Need eye mask. Need soft earplugs due to noise of adjoining room (loud door closure etc). I still like the rooms though and will stay again.”

“From the booking in to the cleanliness and room was spot on. But. Ordered from onsite Cafe and riom service. Apparently chef prepared meals as per signage, as well as price though 35 for a t bone 29 for a pork cutlet???? Both meats were not edible, ordered medium and it had no moisture left in it. Was way over cooked and dry as an rm williams boot sole. And tougher? Wifes pork chop as well as steak were frozen as you could taste the frost bite. NO CHEF would of sent that out to be eaten.was meant for 645pm arrived 720pm. Not worth even half the cost. Tossed them in bin and walked to kfc. So great spot just don't eat. ”

“Have recently stayed here overnight. Reception made a late check in so easy, even leaving a light and air con on in my room. Room was clean, fresh and modern. Bed was super comfy and shower was big, spacious and clean…. Minimal noise. Have probably found my new favourite place to stay. ”

“Great staff and very clean. My only complaint is that the toilet could use some bleach and a good scrum and the shower screen needs a good scrub as well. Other than that, it's a great place. ”

“Requested a quiet room, was placed in the opposite (near the road). Requested another room and was refused. Noticed there was two spare rooms further up that were never occupied. Rooms were potent ofbleach and had a pretty poor nights sleep. If you want peanut butter or vegimite on toast, you have to ask for it. Wouldn't be returning.”

“We were given a surgery day only 7 days out from the date. We then had to stay in Toowoomba for 10 days after. With 3 kids aged 10, 5 and 3, we wanted a place that had some things for them to do in case the eldest needed rest and we couldn't leave the grounds. The pool was lovely and clean and at most times, we had all to ourselves. The playground was great for the younger kids (would of liked a shade sail over the top as it did get hot) and the jumping pillow was a favourite. The staff and perminate residents were lovely also. The washing facilities were good, machines did take card but only cash for dryer. The cabin was well stocked with 4 sets of utensils, plates bowls cups and then all the basic cooking items you may need. The go carts were good also but a little price at $10 for 30mins. Location was awesome with a small mall at end of the street pretty much or the kmart plaza 3mins away, hospital 3mins away or less them 10 to the cbd. I would happily stay here again or in any big 4 if that was the standard. ”

“Shower pressure was very ordinary - perhaps due to shower head. A/C was a back to back installation , which meant the outdoor unit noise was disturbing, just on the other side of the wall. Note that this was room 17, a Queen Executive room, so may not apply to other rooms. ”
