“A little over priced for what it was, but clean and centrally located ”

“From the booking in to the cleanliness and room was spot on. But. Ordered from onsite Cafe and riom service. Apparently chef prepared meals as per signage, as well as price though 35 for a t bone 29 for a pork cutlet???? Both meats were not edible, ordered medium and it had no moisture left in it. Was way over cooked and dry as an rm williams boot sole. And tougher? Wifes pork chop as well as steak were frozen as you could taste the frost bite. NO CHEF would of sent that out to be eaten.was meant for 645pm arrived 720pm. Not worth even half the cost. Tossed them in bin and walked to kfc. So great spot just don't eat. ”

“Was good just old and needs updating single beds not great. Would have liked a thicker doona was very cold. the 3 sheet method would be good seems cleaner. I didn’t like having to put our own blankets on the bed. ”

“Staff exceptional service. Engaging, friendly and ever so helpful. The only downside to the restaurant is when you have a limited menu, and the only steak on offer is rump...would be nice to enjoy a decent cut of steak. Prices in line with being a boutique hotel. ”

“Returning to the hotel from dinner out of the hotel we discovered the hotel car park full and was told to go and find a park on the street by a very un sympathetic front desk lady . At over $250 per night I don’t expect to walk back from a street park in 12c cold windy night . Plus the bathroom was so small I could not bend down with the door closed so expected more space. The room was very clean and comfortable and bathroom very clean just too small. ”

“Great staff and very clean. My only complaint is that the toilet could use some bleach and a good scrum and the shower screen needs a good scrub as well. Other than that, it's a great place. ”
