“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including convenient EV charging stations, which made our trip even easier. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.”

“Solid option for a road trip stop off. I checked in late and checked out early and there were no issues, staff were really great and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the heater kept it comfortable which is an important thing to consider in winter. Overall a great place to stop for a nights sleep when you breaking up a long road trip. The location is also great for someone heading through Tamworth.”

“I stayed at Mercure Tamworth for one night with other half and children. Great sized room/s. We had 2 single beds and 2 double beds. Of great benefit was the fact we had 3 separate rooms for each of the beds. Bathroom was monstrous, but on the negative side there was no tub. One really convenient thing about the room was the nearby bottle shop. You can just use the adjoining club for a drink but we wanted a quiet night in. Plenty of soap, shampoo provided plus your standard kettle, wi-fi and 3 big screen TVs. ”

“A comfortable stopover at a reasonable price with clean rooms. Of Tamworth’s plethora of 80’s motels, for an overnighter, we were greeted with a smile, a basic room and a surprisingly comfy bed! ”
