“모든 분들이 만족하실 만한 곳이며, 숙소 또한 휴가나 각종 행사를 위해 머물기에 매우 좋습니다. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Mercure hotel. Our room was clean and we enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel before going out for activities/ day trip. ”

“It was very hot and the pool provided that shelter from the scorching heat although it was not covered but the water temperature inside was just right.”

“Lovely and quiet with loads of space. We will definitely be back.”

“Very spacious ,clean with ventilation n carp in the ponds for kids”

“Room was spotless, great size and very comfy bed. Good size TV and table, and plenty of space for bags and travelling 'stuff'. Bathroom was really clean, a great size, and really modern. My only issues were that we were on the ground floor, near the main doors, so we couldn't really have the curtains open because the sheer curtains hid nothing, and we were right in view of everyone coming and going. And we had a meal in the attached hotel on our first night - food was great, and while there were sport screens EVERYWHERE in the hotel, they had music on...until they didn't. Then all you could hear was football, which made us leave immediately. Staff in the accommodation bit were SO great, but in the bar and restaurant, staff very much seemed like they didn't want to be there and were annoyed they had to serve us. Overall, would stay again, but would probably go elsewhere to eat. ”

“After a delayed check in because the receptionist wasn't in at 3pm in the afternoon, a phone call from the main office provided a lock box number to gain access to the room. Room was tidy although a request for clean pillowcases was made as the cleaner forgot to change the existing ones from the last people staying in the room. Overall, still a good place to stay with kitchenette facilities available. ”
