“Reason for travel was t get out of the city for the weekend. I chose Guyra because I could access it by train; as I did not want to drive. I chose the Shiralee Motel because it was easy to access once I arrived and it was close to food outlets making it convenient. I am not sure how much there is to see and do in Guyra as I went for the peace, not the social life nor for a big mountain hike. I would like to return when it next snows in Guyra as it would be ideal to photograph without the need of staying at a ski resort for the snowy landscapes...”
