“We enjoyed our stay. The double bed was a bit small for my husband and I but I guess we are not as slim as we used to be . Close to soldier club for dinner ”

“We are two sisters with our partners and only stayed overnight at Black Sheep. We found it to be an older style motel which has been bought up to modern standards. The rooms, although small, had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning looks new and was functional on a very cold night. The heat pumps for the air con was outside our room and being a light sleeper I found this a bit annoying. The people who run the motel were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. They have provided an excellent shared kitchen and dining area that was fabulous! Basic breakfast items are also provided. A huge bonus at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this motel for short stays. ”

“This is a good option on limited funds. The bed was pretty good. The water was hot. The room had all the usual supplies such a tea, coffee etc. The staff were friendly and quickly provided me with a hand towel that we needed. Only two issues, the shower floor tiles were a slippery type, which is dangerous, and the floor of the room could have used a mop. ”

“Parkhaven is a lovely comfortable motel in a great postion in Goulburn. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom whilst a little dated was clean and functional. The room was really quiet and i got a great nights sleep. I regularly stay in Goulburn for work and it is my go to now whenever i stay. ”

“The room facilities were great; sofa, kitchenette with microwave, table & chairs, good sized bathroom. Downside is that carpets badly need replacing, room could have been cleaned better & ”

“We stayed in a family room on the upper floor on a quiet side of the lodge. Everything was good except the shower leaked when you used it. And I mean, water literally ran out under the shower and wet the floor. It then became dangerous as the bathroom became entirely wet. Two adults did not bother showering in these conditions.”

“The room was freshly decorated, and beautifully clean. The efficient air conditioning was vital as a heat wave moved through the region. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The balcony was delightful and the view from the room across to several historic buildings was picturesque. I would happily stay there again. PS The Rose Cafe was very conveniently located and the food choices were excellent.”
