“The room was not only clean, but also the welcome booklet provided offered exceptional information for our short stay. Please make sure you read it as there is some important nuggets of knowledge for your stay there. The bathroom was very clean with all the essentials including complimentary personal care items. The water pressure was beyond awesome, so much so that it's best to set a floor mat before the door and toilet. The bed was comfy enough for our short stay and sheets were clean as well. The pool was exceptionally crystal clear which was a pleasant find after a long drive and we enjoyed drying off in the cane lounge nook. All in all. We had a really pleasant stay at the palms and our only issue while there was the ticking of the fridge compressor. If we had bothered to ask I'm sure the owner would of helped us out.”
