“Stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas break. Place was lovely and quiet, nice staff and very very clean. Was lovely sitting on the balcony having a wine overlooking the golf course. Definitely would stay again. ”

“The cabin was comfortable and warm with a r/c aircon. Although near a busy road, we weren’t affected by traffic noise & it was a quiet environment in the park as it neighboured a retirement community. A shopping centre was a few minutes drive away, less than 15 minutes to the centre of Albury. The cabin was very clean and the bed comfortable.”

“Avoid this motel unless it’s an absolute last resort. We witnessed a room being “cleaned” after guests checked out where the cleaner replaced towels and vacuumed, but left the same sheets on the bed from the previous guests. That completely destroyed our confidence in the cleanliness. To make it worse, our room had ants everywhere across the floor and even crawling up our legs. When I raised it and asked for help, the manager (Harry) was rude and unhelpful. I asked if he could return to the motel to address the issue and he refused, saying it wasn’t his job. When I asked to change rooms, I was told I’d have to pay extra to move, which is ridiculous given the problem was cleanliness/pests. They offered a refund, but Albury was fully booked so we had no real choice. The website also appears misleading I paid extra for a “queen room” and then was told it basically doesn’t exist, and the room types advertised don’t match what you actually get. I won’t be staying here again.”

“The perfect location for a brief overnight stay before flying out. A late check in meant I had to do a security box check in, which was easily facilitated. Great communication by the staff. Room was clean, with all necessities, and the heater being left on so that I didn’t enter a cold room was greatly appreciated. It’s the little things! Would be brilliant location if staying longer due to proximity to CBD.”

“Circa 1928 is a place to arrive at, not just to stay at. Met by Kevin, a cross between a concierge and major domo, nothing was too much trouble. (This included a request for a breakfast item that was not standard). A beautiful transformation of a former bank building, the grandeur of the outside is enhanced by the interiors. We stayed in the Warhol suite which showed pop art from Warhol plus photos and books. A fun place to sleep. The stained glass window panels were glorious to look at and provided bright light with privacy. Walking distance to over 40 different food offerings in Albury's main street, with grand public buildings and art galleries. A spa service is offered at the hotel too. A boutique hotel with a grand feel.”
