“Desde que llegamos recibimos una atención muy amable por parte la srta de recepción, disponibilidad en todo momento. Todo el personal que nos fue tocando día a día estaban prestos a ayudarnos. La habitación se sentía olor de humedad al ingresar pero abríamos la ventana y el olor iba disipándose, no siendo de mayor problema para nosotros. El estar a 2 cdras de la calle Mitre es un plus. De volver a Bariloche, regresaríamos a este hotel 😀”

“The complete staff need to take a few days off and have some hospitality training. Better yet, you should switch your cleaning staff with your receptionists. Your cleaning staff were so kind and polite, while your receptionists were so disgustingly rude. Girl with the short hair and guy with the glasses were exceptionally the worst (there on 11/3/2023). If you do not have a great attitude that welcomes guests, DO NOT WORK IN HOSPITALITY. having that kind of welcome when arriving in Bariloche sets the the tone for the trip. Do not let it, as there are so many other great hotels nearby that probably provide better service. 0/10 do not recommend this hotel, will never stay here again”
