“This hotel situated in middle of town close to an enormous amount of restaurants & shops. It has very friendly helpful staff with a nice gesture of a welcome drink. Lovely breakfasts. The gym/spa facilities don’t open until 1pm which was disappointing. Our room however was very comfortable but was definitely needing upgraded. No aircon sadly so be sure to ask for a fan depending on the time of year you visit.”

“Basic hotel, but served our needs. Excellent location in the centre of the high street. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Would also recommend the travel agency just two doors away who arranged all our site seeing trips. ”

“The complete staff need to take a few days off and have some hospitality training. Better yet, you should switch your cleaning staff with your receptionists. Your cleaning staff were so kind and polite, while your receptionists were so disgustingly rude. Girl with the short hair and guy with the glasses were exceptionally the worst (there on 11/3/2023). If you do not have a great attitude that welcomes guests, DO NOT WORK IN HOSPITALITY. having that kind of welcome when arriving in Bariloche sets the the tone for the trip. Do not let it, as there are so many other great hotels nearby that probably provide better service. 0/10 do not recommend this hotel, will never stay here again”
