“Chalten is a town of hostels to places you parents would stay. Don get me wrong the hotel was clean, staff was nice enough but the among you pay per night doesn’t justify the faculties. The bar has no soul, the pool/spa feels like an old sweaty community center. They don’t even allow a drinks in the hot tub. That’s criminal! Breakfast is basic but the pastries were come of the best hotel versions we have had. Overall nice stay but may be worth checking out cheaper options because I am still trying to find the means that justify the high cost. ”

“The hotel location is very good, in the center of restaurants and stores and close to the entrance of the laguna trails. However, it's not a 3-star hotel, I'd give only 2 stars. No free water and no fridge in the room to store your water and food. Also, there's only one trash can in the room and they put it in the bathroom. They offer a laundry service for 15,000 peso for whatever you can put in one big plastic bag.”
