“Stayed for 2 nights whilst on holiday. Was here as a stopover to do Big Hike on Perito Merino Glacier with Hielo & Adventura. Assigned Room 3. Wheelchair accessible friendly. Room assessment: Clean room. King size and comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Had a safe and a mini-fridge. Had a door connecting to Room 2 where other guests were staying. Had to cover the keyhole for privacy. Wi-Fi connection was fast. Found the room a bit stuffy and that the central air conditioning wasn't working. There was another air conditioner installed in the room, but I found that the power outlet was too low for the socket. The shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner smelt earthly and natural. Location: In the heart of El Calafate, so shops, restaurants, and other retail outlets were all within walking distance. There's a texi rank just outside the hotel. Amenities: Breakfast served in a little cafe just in front of reception. Basic breakfast. Service: All staff were very professional and friendly. Basic English so they could communicate with us. Suggestion for improvement: Investigate and fix air conditioning. ”

“Very nice and helpful Staff , they asked if we need a ride from the airport and took us in a lower cost then a taxi. Very nice and friendly. I'm gluten free, they provided a special crackers for me which was very nice of them. Breakfast is very basic and room is small and needs renovation. basic breakfast, the place needs renovation. Small room. ”
