“One of the best hotels I stayed. An extremely spacious room, well equipped with a biggest and most comfortable bed ever. Not to mention the wine fridge! :) Great location, close to two subway stations in Palermo. Very secure hotel with 24 hrs reception and restricted access to hotel guests only. Staff are attentive and helped me to book the best Tango show ever (El Viejo Almacen). Breakfast is a la carte with limited options. Somehow a let down for me, but overall the hotel is great. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!”

“The rooms are very large, I believe its the lowest category room available. Theres a small balcony, a working desk w TV, large sleeping area. A dining table that can comfortable fit 4 adults and a small pantry. Although there are no supplier or kitchen equipment provided expect for a sink. You will have to specially request for a kettle I love the location if the hotel. Palermo is a more residential neighbourhood, its quiet yet full of life - cafes, restaurants, parks, boutique shops. Also its easily accessible to other main attractions in Buenos Aires, either my foot (15-20min walk) or by Uber (15-20min drive) The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. However, they are slow to reply on WhatsApp, so its best to call on the room phone or approach them at the desk directly. My only unpleasant experience during my stay was that the entire lobby was under construction. When I dropped by 10 days earlier, it was completely normal and when I came at check in the whole reception area, even the large windows was all boarded up. While it wasnt too inconvenient, we weren't told about this renovation at all. There was no indication of it leading up to our stay and I think it appropriate to in guests of such a major renovation. Other than that, it was a good stay, and good value. Highly recommend it ”
