“I'm truly grateful for their assistance. My team is in Madinat Zayed for work purposes. I reserved two rooms, one of which is only needed until today, and the other until Friday. However, due to the bad weather, our driver can't pick them up as we're from Dubai, and they're stranded without work because the schools are closed. Despite this, I've spoken with the hotel and asked if they could accommodate us by allowing them to stay in the other room instead of extending their stay. Thankfully, they agreed without any hassle.
