“Just checked out today after 2 nights and I have to say it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming throughout. The highlight of my stay was actually an act of honesty by the valet team. I had left 1,000 Dirhams in my car by mistake and forgot about it completely. On checkout morning, Jafar from the valet brought my car and the money was still there, untouched. That level of integrity deserves recognition. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be returning.”

“Im satisfied with the staff very accomnodating. Only the parking is open they dont have basement or covered parking esp this summer. And the sauna and steam bath is shared with male and female not separate”

“Can't say anything but good about this hotel. Very comfortable and large room - even starting room is very spacious and is more than enough for 2 adults and kid. Excellent swimming pool area, open sea and long beach to walk and play with your kids. Staff in a hotel is extremely helpful. Advice for families - they have some issue with booking system, when adding a kid, price jumps, so call them for booking to get your kids added manually - thus price stays much lower. ”

“Well it was all well till I got stuck in my room toilet thank God my wife was with me who called the reception to get me out of the toilet. How stupid is that the toilet door malfunctioned and I was stranded in the toilet for 20 minutes. Not an apology from the higher management, the reception changed my room to a suit to keep me quiet pathetic response from the management, I was hoping someone will get in touch with me before I checked out nothing not a word. I for sure will not return to the hotel no matter what as the experience was not pleasant… ”
