My room had a double booking. I optioned for King, received twin beds. The drain is smelling, my OCD tripped with everything that was skew in the room and the decor. There was dust all over the desk and cabinets in my room. The fridge and aircon is not cooling as expected. My bedding did not even have scatter cushions or a throw as advertised. Just a blank old white wrinkled sheet. Some of the building lights needs tlc, especially the Mondior logo. Not what I expected for the price paid. But above all, the STAFF SERVICE AND FRIENDLYNESS and the breakfast buffet was EXCEPTIONAL!

Rooms and bathrooms are VERY small. Decor and furniture in the rooms are super outdated, feels more like a motel than a hotel. Dust everywhere in the rooms, mold in the shower, one of our towels still had make up marks on it from whoever stayed before us. A quarter of a toilet roll in the room, had to use tissues from my handbag eventually. Fridge in our room but it did not cool stayed hot. Lamp on desk did not work. Really disappointing to pay so much for a stay and then it looks like this, will not stay there again.

We had a bad experience with our one night stay in the hotel. It was a nightmare. We booked for a nonsmoking room with a King size bed. On arrival, they allocated us a smoking room on the ground floor. The room was smelling badly of Cigarette smokes. We complained and the changed the room to 234 on second floor. We were asked to wait as the room was not ready. Finally, we checked in to the room and slept around 10 pm. Suddenly at 02H18 one of the House keeping staff just forcefully opened the door to our room when we were deep asleep and naked. We woke up in panic as we feared for our lives. She just told us she was checking if there is somebody in the room. We were embarrassed and felt humiliated. We could not sleep throughout the night. To make the matter worse the telephone in the room was not working so we could not reach the reception on phone immediately. We reported the matter to the Reception staff in the morning and the guy told us that we should have been given room 243 at the outset and not room 4 or 234 but that the staff that received us committed error in allocating us wrongly. What a horrible stay at your hotel.

Over priced, very small room... fixtures in room are old and broken. Bathroom, especially bath was not even cleaned. Not impressed! Sun international hotels are far better value for money!
