• ご宿泊人数について

• ▲当施設の定員は原則として10名様までです。

• ▲ 6名様までは同一の基本料金でご宿泊いただけます。

• ▲ご予約時に申請いただいた方以外のご利用・ご宿泊はお断りいたします。乳幼児のお子様であっても、必ずご予約時にお知らせください。

• ご予約時に申請されていない方を宿泊施設へ招待された場合、または宿泊施設（家・デッキ・駐車場等）へのアクセスを提供された場合、ホストにより追加料金を請求することがあります。

• ご宿泊人数追加チャージについて

• ▲ 6名様までは基本宿泊料金にてご宿泊いただけます。

• ▲ 7名様～は、お一人様1泊につき9,000円の追加チャージが発生いたします（人数追加チャージ対象：2歳以上一律）。

• ※ 追加チャージはシーズンにより変動します。ご予約時に宿泊人数をご入力いただくと、自動的に追加料金が計算されます。

• チェックインの流れ

• 当施設はセルフチェックインです。ご宿泊当日の14:00～15:00頃に、メッセージにてキーBOXの暗証番号をお送りいたします。

• チェックアウトの流れ

• チェックアウト時には鍵をキーBOXへお戻しください。

• 鍵を紛失された場合は、交換費用として20,000円をご請求させていただきます。

• ご注意点

• ▲ 登録者以外の方の施設への立ち入り（家・デッキ・駐車場等）は禁止です。

• ▲ パーティーは禁止です。近隣の方へのご配慮をお願いいたします。

• ▲ チェックアウト（午前10:00）の時間を厳守してください。

• ▲ 施設内はすべて禁煙です。喫煙は屋外でお願いいたします。

• ▲ ご宿泊中に施設や設備を破損された場合は必ずご連絡ください。チェックアウト後に損傷が確認された場合、修理費用をご請求することがあります。

• ▲ 玄関およびテラスの出入口では必ず靴を脱いでください。外出時は靴をご着用ください。

• ▲ 入室時には必ず砂をよく洗い流してください。入口左側にシャワーおよび散水ホースをご用意しております。

• ▲ 清掃には除菌作業を含め4～5時間程度を要します。著しく汚れており清掃時間が追加となる場合は、別途清掃料金を頂戴いたします。

• ▲ 施設内での事故につきましては、当方は一切責任を負いません。室内・浴室・テラス・デッキ・駐車場等では十分ご注意ください。特に小さなお子様から目を離さないようお願いいたします。

• 波の音を聞きながらBBQをお楽しみいただけます。食材のみお持ちください。

• ▲BBQ使用時間：21:00まで。

• ▲終了後はガスおよび電気の消し忘れがないようお願いいたします。消し忘れがあった場合、ガス代をご請求する可能性があります。

• ※ グリルは使用中高温になりますので、特にお子様のやけどにご注意ください。

• ※ 缶・瓶・ペットボトル・可燃ゴミを分別し、それぞれ専用箱またはゴミ袋へ入れてください。可燃ゴミは専用袋に入れたうえで、入口のステンレス製ゴミ箱へ入れてください。

• ▲ 室内で排泄をしないよう必ず散歩をさせてください。万一発生した場合は速やかに清掃してください。

• ▲ チェックアウト時にペットの排泄物を屋内・庭・芝生・駐車場に放置しないでください。必ず袋に密閉しゴミ箱へお入れください。

• ▲ ペットの毛が落ちた場合は掃除機で清掃してください。

• TERMS & CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES

• By confirming your reservation, we assume that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

• ★Property is for the use of registered guests ONLY.

• ★No parties allowed

• ★No fireworks allowed on the property or nearby

• ★Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

• ★Please do not delay the 10 am checkout time. House cleaning takes time before the next guest arrives. Please be considerate.

• GUEST ACCESS

• CHECK-IN 3:00 PM

• CHECK-OUT 10:00 AM

• Guest can use all property space except for the inside stock storage(locked) and outside storage.

• NUMBER OF GUESTS

•  As a general rule, the maximum number of guests is 10 people.

•  We do not accept the use of the property (houses, decks, parking, etc.) or accommodation by anyone other than those who registered at the time of booking.

•  Please be sure to provide the information about all guests at the time of booking, even if you have an infant.

•  Extra fees may be charged to a Guest by a Host for additional individuals invited to, or otherwise provided access to, the Accommodation who are not registered in advance.

• NOTE: A security camera (video/audio recording) is installed outside near the porch for the guest's safety.

• ABOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE

•  Up to 6 people can stay at the same rate

•  Above 6 guests, an additional charge of 9,000 yen will be charged per person per night. (Children of 2 years old+ are charged at an adult rate. Infants up to 2 years old stay for free, co-sleeping).

• Note: Additional charge differs depending on the season. When you enter the number of guests at the time of booking, the charge will be added automatically and calculated.

• BEFORE CHECK-IN

• Before check-in, please be sure to provide the following information to the Host.

•  The representative’s name and phone number for emergency contact

•  Full names of all accompanying guests

•  Addresses of all accompanying guests

•  Age and gender of all accompanying guests

•  Professions of all accompanying guests

•  Passports front page copy. (Only for those who live overseas)

•  Please inform us if you have any pets travelling with you

• NOTE: If above information is not provided to Host before arrival, the information about the key number necessary for the check-in can be delayed.

• CHECK-IN FLOW

• Self-check-in. We will send you the PIN code of the key box by a message between 14:00-15:00 on the day of your stay.

• CHECK-OUT FLOW

• Please return the key to the key box at checkout

• ▲If you lose your key, we will charge 20,000 yen as a replacement fee.

• IMPORTANT! OTHER THINGS AND RULES TO NOTE:

• ▲Unregistered guests are not allowed to all facilities (houses, decks, parking, etc.)

• ▲STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Guests can smoke outside.

• ▲No party allowed, please respect our neighbors and avoid loud behavior.

• ▲Keep the volume down during the night. Please return inside after about 10 pm.

• ▲Please do not delay the checkout time. House cleaning takes time before the next guest arrives. Please be considerate.

• ▲Please be sure to let us know if you accidentally damaged the facility/facility equipment. We may charge you for the cost of repair or replacement if we find damage to equipment after you check out.

• ▲Please take off your shoes at the entrance and put your shoes on when going out.

• ▲Please wash the sand off your legs before entering the house, there is a shower/water hose on the left from the facility entrance.

• ▲Cleaning takes about 5 hours including sterilization work. If it is extremely dirty and additional cleaning time is required, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.

• ▲We are not responsible for any accidents at all facilities. Please be careful indoors, in baths, terraces, and parking lots. Please carefully keep an eye on children.

• ▲ Please be sure to read the details of the house rules and check-in procedure before your stay.

• ▲The house is self-check-in/check-out and has everything you need for your stay. All you will need to bring is beach towels, food, and drinks.

• ABOUT THE USE OF BBQ FACILITIES

• The use of charcoal BBQ grills is not allowed. We provide gas Weber Genesis Ⅱ Grill for free!

• A barbeque facility is a private facility prepared only for registered guests. No other people are allowed. BBQ can be used until about 9:00 pm.

• ★★★When you're done, don't forget to turn off the gas and electricity.

• Please note that if you forget to turn it off, you may be charged for extra gas used.

• Note: The gas Grill gets very hot while cooking. Please make sure you look after your kids when you do BBQ.

• When finished, please make sure to turn off the gas. Please don’t leave food and other garbage outside overnight! It will attract insects and crows. Please separate cans, bottles, PET bottles, and combustible waste, and put them in special trash boxes respectively. Combustible waste should be put in the special bags (provided in the kitchen) and left inside the large stainless trash box at the entrance.

• ▲ Please make sure to walk your pet well outside of the facilities, so that they don't pee or poo inside on the floor. If it happens, please wipe and clean asap.

• ▲ Please do not leave pets' excrements inside the house and outside (lawn, parking, deck, terrace, other) at any time, especially when you check out.

• ▲ Please don't let pets on beds and sofa

• ▲ If there is excessive fur, please do the vacuum cleaning

• ▲ Please do not leave your pet unattended within the property (inside/outside)
