We spent three wonderful nights at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with transportation to and from Guatemala City or arrange day trips, such as to Chichicastenango. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. There are two pools, with one of them being a thermal water one. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food with solid options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with excellent drinks. The hotel is just a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride from Panajachel. We highly recommend it and would gladly return the next time we're in the Lake Atitlán area.

The hotel was new, beautiful, and in a convenient location. It is basically the fancy hotel in town. The pools were amazing. So many birds and the lake is a short walk away.
