• - NO VISOTORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE ROOM AT ANY TIME. The penalty apply 30000 yen

• - Please keep the noise down, especially after 9:00 PM.

• - Please take your shoes off when entering the house.

• - Please check out on time and close all windows.

• - Please turn off the lights and the air conditioner when you leave the apartment.

• - Please use a kitchen exhaust fan when you cook, to carry away odors from your room.

• - Only flush toilet paper.

• - For your safety please lock the doors and close the windows when you are inside. We are not responsible or liable for any personal injuries or loss of personal valuables.

• - Please treat my house and furniture as you would your own.

• - Do not take anything with you without my consent.

• - Do not eat or drink on the beds or futons.

• - I will charge for tobacco odor, stains, damaged property, noise complaints and any lost wifi devices.

• - If you lose wifi router, you have to pay for 30,000yen.

• 宿泊者以外の友人・知人は入室禁止。宿泊予約人数以上の人間が入室していたり宿泊している事が発覚した時点で強制的にチェックアウトをしていただきます。そしてペナルティとして別途３万円を請求致します。

• -請勿在屋內奔跑或跺腳。

• -尤其請壓低晚上9點以後的噪音、雜音。

• -請勿在房間裡開趴等騷動。

• -請勿攜帶寵物。

• -室內、陽台禁菸。

• -未告知而追加預約人數並滯留的情況,將收取每一人100元美金的罰金。

• -雙人尺寸的床請以兩人來使用。

• -在床上請勿飲食。

• -在室內請脫鞋。

• -請勿將廁紙以外的東西沖入馬桶。

• -退房時間是早上10點。請嚴格遵守。

• -走出房間時,請關掉冷氣、電視等電器。

• -為了防盜及安全,外出時請關窗並將門上鎖。

• -外傷或個人損傷、持有物品及貴重物品等的遺失恕不負責任。

• -請正確使用家具、家電、備品等。

• -請勿擅自將房間所有物攜出或攜回。

• ‐對於菸味、備品、設備受到損傷時、針對噪音對鄰居造成的干擾行為、其他、房間的鑰匙、Wi‐Fi裝置的遺失、損害將會請求賠償。
