For some reason, this was the only place in the whole of Jaen city that we could book for our three days there. There was some sort of event going on hence everything else was booked. As a result, we ended up paying much more for a fairly basic room than we would have chosen to. The hotel is very clean and neat. Location is ok if you are only wanting to stay overnight en route to somewhere else, but it is 11 minutes’ drive into the centre ( plus quite pricey parking charges) or a 20 euro taxi each way (crazy price!). Our stay was ‘ok’. If I’d paid half the price, I’d have thought it was fine but three nights cost us £*** in mid November which seemed excessive. Annoyingly, on our second night, we got barely any sleep as whatever ever event had gone on opposite the hotel ( in some sort of sports arena) resulted in non stop shouting and drunken antics beneath our window into the early hours. I had emailed front office at 1am and they said they went to ask people to be quiet, but it continued well beyond 2.30 in the morning which was fairly grim. The hotel offered us free breakfast for our final two nights as a result ( yep - our £*** didn’t include breakfast!!)… Whilst I totally understand that noise outside is hard for them to control, quite a lot of the people making the noise were also staying in the hotel ( we saw them all the next day) … and that should have been something within the hotel’s remit. I wish the hotel could have warned us about this event and maybe given us a room Davi g the other side of the hotel as that would have been protected from all that noise. Would I stay again? Really not sure….Maybe? Maybe not? Only if at half that price to be honest. We visit Jaen at least yearly as our son lives there …. I feel slightly disappointed, I guess!

고속도로 근처여서 찾아가기에 편했으나 시내와는 접근성은 많이 떨어졌다. 테라스를 포함한 방 크기는 적당하고 깨끗하게 관리가 되어 있었다. 2층짜리 건물임에도 2대의 엘리베이터가 있어 짐을 옮기기 편리했다. 접대하는 직원들은 대체로 친절했고 무료 커피가 제공되는 로비는 쉬기에 좋았다. 아침식사는 주말이라 8시부터 제공되었으며 음식 종류가 많지는 않았지만 퀄리티가 나쁘지 않았다. 다만 지하에 위치한 식당은 한꺼번에 오는 손님들을 수용하기에는 좁은 편이라 일찍 가야했다. 주차장은 주로 호텔 앞 길가에 주차하는데 오후에는 호텔에서 결혼식이나 축하 파티를 자주 하기 때문에 주차가 힘들다. 가장 안 좋았던 것은 방 바로 앞의 정원에서 연회가 거의 밤 12시까지 계속 되었는데 클럽 수준의 음악소리와 소음때문에 너무 시끄러워 도저히 잠을 잘 수 없었다.

The hotel was very good overall. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have liked coffee and milk provided in the room although it was nice to have a free coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent, the choice of food and quality was very good. The evening meal however was very disappointing. Not much choice and we did not enjoy the food we had. There were a lot of drinks that we asked for, not available from the bar and no draft beer. Also there was no drinks menu or prices of drinks available. All in all an enjoyable stay in a nice hotel.

Staffs, facilities and food and so on, everything was perfect.

Nice room with free parking. Will be great for a summer stay with all the facilities open.
