야마자토노이오리 소엔

Can't recommend this ryokan enough. The staff was super accommodating, and their English was well enough there wasn't any confusion throughout our stay. My wife and I both have tattoos and were only able to use the private baths, but they were still spectacular. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely view of the mountains. Having stayed in October was like a lucid dream with most beautiful foliage. Would love to come back again for more time the next chance we can.

We loved our stay at Yamazatonoiori Soene and are already looking forward to returning. The ryokan is serene and clean. The private onsens were wonderful, and the other onsens were empty each time I used them. The kaiseki meals were a highlight. The ryokan is accessible via public bus and there are 2 bus stops nearby. On departure, the staff kindly drove us to the bus stop. We had forgotten a bag, and they rushed back to make sure we had the bag before the bus departed. ありがとうございます!

Delicious Japanese dinner and breakfast. Wonderful private hot springs with great views. Value for money!

室外温泉中有一个岩の汤在河边，可以看着瀑布泡汤，很不错。走到室外温泉会有一段林中野路，不过酒店准备了雪地靴，所以也还是很有乐趣的。 酒店的服务没有什么存在感，除了晚餐和早餐期间有专门的侍者，其他时候基本就没有工作人员了。相比于隔壁酒店，服务上没有那么用心。 晚餐料理十多道，手写的菜单很美丽，味道发挥正常。 房间非常宽敞，和室也有专门的卧室区，比照片上要精致很多。酒店同时准备了夏季与冬季的两套浴衣，另外欢迎小食也很精致。 最大的bug在于根本联系不上酒店，他们没有官方的邮箱，也无法通过agoda发消息给他们，但是我却能收到他们通过agoda转发过来的邮件，还要求回复，问题是我们查不到邮箱地址没法回复…

The hotel preserved the traditional building. It offer good food, good service and onsen. The room have a corridor with a great view. I love spending time there.
