We were on our honeymoon and booked a villa with a king sized bed, but once we arrived the receptionist said that the person who used to be in our villa extended his stay and they are only left with 2 single bed villa. So we had to spend our honeymoon in 2 separate beds. We accidentally spilled coffee on the counter and wiped it only with a tissue because housekeeping was coming to clean the room. At night the counter was invaded by ants. Apparently the housekeepers do not clean counters. Bathroom was also not cleaned. Spider webs were everywhere, we even encountered a gecko in the shower. They cleaned our coffee mugs only with water; residue of coffee was still in the cups. And they didn’t provide us with coffee after room cleaning. When I asked the receptionist for coffee, she insisted that the housekeepers provided us and accused me of lying. She even asked to go to our villa and check if there is coffee there. We have pictures of everything mentioned above. I do not advise you to book your stay there, although the location of the hotel is very convenient. Our stay was ruined and we are never coming back to this place.

I've stayed here half a dozen times, sometimes booked through, sometimes just walking in. The hotel is nice located behind the hustle and bustle of the main road that runs through Thong Sala and Baan Tai, rooms are large, and have decent sound resistance, staff are friendly, carp park at the front. There's a small restaurant on the property perched on the beach that serves ok Thai and western food, but required to be paid in cash, you can't add it to your bill, but it's a fairly decent place for a cold beer on the beach during sunset. Lots of mosquitos here at dusk, but luckily no sand flies. The best review I can give is that I regularly stay here.

Un bon rapport qualité prix. Bien placé à 2 pas du centre ville à l'écart du bruit, accès à une plage immense où l'on doit se baigner dans un mètre d'eau...on est sur un plateau corralien. Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu. En revanche le bar semble à l'abandon. Les serveurs ont l'air d'être ailleurs, et surtout sur leur téléphone, bref ils s,'en foutent... Et il faut même payer le billard qui est pourtant en piteux état

Everything ok with hotel but the hotel receptionist is the worst i have ever seen in my life. Extreme negative energy comes from her. She has to be the worst receptionist i have ever come across in 25 years of travelling. I travelled with my thai wife and thai friends and they all said the same thing. She is completely destroying the whole vibe of this hotel, if she stays she will destroy this lovely peaceful hotel.

No intercom, no water provided - when asked for water, they said to buy at the restaurant instead of providing for the extra day we stayed. There’s no intercom in the hotel so if you need anything, and you’re staying in one of the beach facing cottages, you have to walk a long enough distance. But otherwise good place. Free shuttle to the pier is something commendable.
