Great Stay
A good hotel to stay in at Montecasino. Our booking included the very good buffet breakfast. Mention must be made of the good blend of coffee offered. Room was clean. Little extras - tea & coffee + biscuits, undercounter fridge, safe, tissues, shower gel and body cream made for a pleasant 2 night stay. There was also safe parking. There are many types of restuarants/eateries and entertainment at Montecasino which makes for a pleasant stay. entertainment

Convenient and comfortable stay.
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Piazza. The breakfast provided lots to choose from. The staff were pleasant and efficient. One small suggestion: a manual for how to find various TV channels and how to work the aircon would be useful. Also, the toilet and shower lights seemed to be linked to the main room lights, so a trip to the loo at night meant illuminating everything and possibly waking your sleeping partner!

Almost Ideal
We are an 80 year old couple and we're going to see a show at Montecasino's theatre, and because we no longer drive at night, wanted hotel accommodation on site. The location of the Piatza hotel was ideal and the price via Agoda, the best available by a considerable margin. The hotel reception were very good and, although small and functional father than homely, the room was well appointed and clean and we were very happy with it apart from just two things. Firstly, non of the electric sockets had USB outlets. When are hotels going to catch on that mist people would find having a USB socket would be useful and that to upgrade existing sockets to include a USB outlet is an inexpensive enhancement. Secondly, there was no nightlight or equivalent to aid nighttime trips to the en suit toilet. Thus, if one of the couple seeded a nighttime loo visit, they were either fake with stumbling around in the dark in an unfamiliar room, or having to put the light on, risking waking their partner. Both of these irritants could be solved with very little cost and the my review would have been titled 'Ideal', and not 'Almost Ideal.'
