Everything was organised very well, the rooms were cleaned twice a day and the food was exceptional. The only thing is that the safari could feel a bit underwhelming for an experienced user of safaris. But would be great if you’re just being introduced to it. We met people on the site that liked it quite a lot (them being on a safari for the first time). I would also add that the territory is pretty big for the amount of animals there and most of time would e spent on the road driving to the animals. However we managed to see: - the 2 out of 3 lions (which are being fed and don’t hunt) - the 3 elephants - buffalos - Giraffes - zebras - antilope gnu and a few other antilopes - ostriches

Good for a first time safari

Great for a quick safari trip
Within a few hours drive from Cape Town, so it's great for a quick trip if you're based in Cape Town for most of your trip. The optional cheetah encounter was a plus, though it was definitely manicured in a controlled enclosure-type of environment.

Good for tourists under time constraint
Sighted 4 of the Big 5 animals plus other animals on 2 outings. Had a young guide (Chenae) who was knowledgeable and accommodating. Plenty of tasty food provided. Accomodation is comfortable but a bit dated. Warm clothes are a must for autumn.

We booked room for 4 adults, we first got room that is old, designed for 2 adults and 2 children. Coz the room have one big bed, one twin and a sofa all in one room and the floor is super dupe sticky (believe is the water they have, is salt water) we went and complained to receptionist. We paid $578 for one night 4 adults we can’t even fit in the room. Then they check and said they have cancellation and able to move us to the room with one big bed and two twins bed which is more comfortable and a new room! We appreciate they able to fix our problems there, otherwise the stay will be miserable beside of see all different animals. The land is big it is nature however is not completely in nature. They do feed the animals there due to the nature factor. Overall is a great stay, staff who drove us to see animals name Tarasai is very knowledgeable in the animals.
