IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED It would be better to have microwave in the room. The type of geyser installed can only supply hot water for a short period. Air conditioner was not working. Midweek break

Our stay was phenomenal. The pictures advertised are a true reflection of Metsing. The view is breathtaking, it was clean, specious and met all our expectations. I do believe the staff could benefit with some guidance and oversight when it comes to having breakfast prepared on time and not having their cell phones on loud speaker when guests are trying to enjoy their breakfast. I saw a broken beer bottle at 7am on the walkway to the breakfast area when I went to get some coffee which I reported to the staff, and it was still not cleaned up at 9am. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely visit again.
